Soon after I spent 3 months at Digital Product School as a Software Engineer to build a unique air quality awareness app, I realised that the team spent the first month over ideating and researching (Days pass quickly, don't they?). I can happily conclude that it was worth it. It provided us with unique insights deeply rooted into the pain points of the users.
